Problem when starting

Hello, I need your help. I'm french and I have a SANSA E250 since the end of july but I met a probleme a few days ago... I uploaded music on my Sansa, I listen to my Sansa, NO problem. But a few hours later, I turn on my sansa and it displays : SANDISK, then the screen becomes white and it displays SANDISK twice, the screen becomes white twice...and so and so.... I can't go to the menu. I connect my sansa to my computer, but the computer doesn't detect it.... Today I want to reinstall all, to delete all my music, and I want to have my sansa as it was the first day I bought it. Someone can help me? I did a video of my problem, you can see at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HGvqu0k_b5s
