Motherboard start problem

When i start machine first time in a day it`s start properly ,and i restart the machine many time it`s work`s properly. but if i shutdown this machine it`s not boot or not start. when i start next day it`s again startproperly.and the problem still to be continuious. i tride to resolve the problem. i removed the cmos battry & ram full hole day & night.

    but this cpu fan is always moveing.no beep,this m/b is hp branded machine.i changed the hdd and ram.

Surely it is a virus attack, u save ur data and reinstall the windows xp(any version) u r using...

I had the same problem one week ago. Check if your SMPS power connection is OK. If it's OK, then you may have to change your motherboard... I mean may be your motherboard is corrupted. Open your cabinet, unplug all the components and clean the whole cabinet properly and re-assemble all the components. Restart your computer but still if the problem sticks be sure to check your computer with a well-knowledged hardware mechanic because there may be other causes.

Machine powers itself off and then eventually restarts

it must be due to ur pc's on/off switch faulty.... try to change the switch. or open the cover of ur cpu and change the on/off switch cables with restart cable. i.e. swap the cables of on/off and restart (remove the on/off cable don't fix it when checking)

Clear pasword and boot block recovery problem

At the bottom of your motherboard there should be a 4 pin stand with a jumper on only two of the pins.Move the jumper to the remaining two pins and reboot.

Go to regedit (click start then search and enter it there) and do a search for M3PLUGIN.DLL when found delete that registry, then restart your machine. Its missing or damaged and thus unnescessary, no worries whatsoever. have a nice day!

I think ur sound driver is not properly installed . Plz first uninstall the driver and again reinstall driver .


Note :- Whenever u uninstall and install some programme after doing that operation plz restart the machine . After restarting the machine the software will be properly uninstall or install .

My p5vdc-mx motherboard will not power up, it used to work in its old dektop case, then powerd its self down one day, so i bought another desktop case placed the motherboard in side all neet and tidy, it...

check the memory not playing up by changing them or taking one out if you have two, this can cause a shut down, and stop it restarting, unplug all hardware you dont need and try starting use the eleimination process, until you get a restart. cheers Peter
