Question about Olevia Kolin DLT2711M 27 in. LCD Television

KOLIN TV - Snap sound and went dead

I turned on the Kolin Flatscreen TV...had a picture for about 3 seconds, then a "snap" sound and the TV going dead. The Power Light still lights red (for off) and green (for on). I've had the TV for about 6 months. does anyone know what the problem could be? OR does anyone have a number (that works) for Kolin. thanks James

Why did my Kolin DLT-3212M LCD tv picture suddenly go green

Are you connected with a box of some kind via the component input on this set? (red, green, blue connections?

If so unplug that box and wait--plug it back to see if the box will reboot and correct the issue--also you can try to swap green cable itself with blue for example and if then have BLUE issue that cable is bad.

replace the 2pcs 4.7uf/160v and (474).47uf/400v gud luck :) horizontal area.

There was a "snap" sound and the picture went out. The sound is also out. For sometime there has been a message on the tv when I first turned it on, "lamp needs replaced". When the lamp went out did that...

No,replaced the lamp as the tv said,not all the time,because lamp some time not all the way dead,just deffective enough not function normally.

you have to check the back light off your lcd replace the inverter or capacitor in the power module

yellow tint on kolin DLT-2711M lcd screen there's a yellow tint across the bottom and up the left side of the screen. i don't know if the inverters need to be replaced? i assume the bulb(s) are fine because the tv turns on and i can see the picture, although the picture is very dark untill i play with color settings and they only allow me to adjust them a few notches.
