hi you need to uninstall and re-install this program it has become corrupted.

Just go to options turn on exil mode

did u format the wd 320 gb already
you have to format it first to work from it

Please turn your antivirus software to gaming mode and problem will be sovled.

the microsoft word is for encoding while the window elements use some designing...

You probably received a faulty disk, just return it to Amazon and ask for a a replacement.

This is most often caused by one of two things;
1. Out of Date Audio Driver
2. Old version of Quicktime

Update your audio driver and install the most current version of Quicktime, that should solve your problem.
