Sub woofers are just mono amps. They feed both the right and left output together. So all you need is a stereo to mono cable. The two jacks go in the sub and the single mono into one of the terminals on your amp. The other terminal will allow another sub to be connected I think, though please check your manual for this.
The BP300.1 is a mono (1 channel) amp. You cannot bridge a mono amp. Bridging is a method of combining the outputs of 2 or more channels of a multichannel amp into a single mono load. On your amp you would connect a single sub to one of the +'s and one of the -'s (either one is OK, they are connected internally). The other pair of terminals is just for convenience, making it easier to connect, if you want to power 2 subs.
Yes its true that this washer not worth repair.... Better you can go for a new washer.. I have a question - is there any error code on the display control? thanks
hi .let me see if i can help u out ...need more info on the speaker..are the 8ohm or 4ohm ? and are the single are DVC?.....from what i can see u can bridged the amp..and u must connet the subs in series or just connet each sub +/- to +/-..and that will give u a stereo mode... u will still get great sound
Firstly, sorry to to tell you, but their is no such thing as a 4000 watt car amp. Google Ohm's law and RMS .
Check the owners manual or website to find the amps minimum impedance. Usually 4 or 2 Ohms. Next, check the woofers impedance , If unsure check with a Ohmmeter, It's actually the resistance, but close enough.
If they are 8 Ohm and you twist those wires together (parallel circuit) your amp will see 4 Ohms. If they are 4 Ohms (paralleled) your amp will see 2 Ohms. Do not connect in a series circuit (+ amp terminal to a + speaker terminal and that speaker - terminal to the other speakers + terminal and that speakers - terminal to the - amp terminal) . It creates phase problems, and sounds like ****.
Most mono amps are really internally bridged stereo amps ,it's cheaper that way, but it limits how low of a impedance they will handle. Read the specs. Use the correct size connectors, scrape off paint for a good ground connection.Use the right gauge wire and above all. Fuse that power lead at the Battery!!!!!!!! ps . if you have dual voice coils thats another chapter. Good luck, Sumthin
The subs can be wired "parralel" or in a "series". it depends on the ohm rating of the speakers and the amp. Most amps can only go down to 2ohms (mono) so it depending on the ohm ratings of the speakers when wired in a series vs parralel that will decide how to wire them. you can always take the safe route and just wire the positives of each to positive on the amp and the negatives to the negatives on the speaker terminals. Do you have the speakers model numbers?
