Juki F600 making scratchy, squeaky noise, and not as quiet as before.

My Juki F600 has been making squeaky sound when I sew. I did the maintenance as shown in the manual book (removed the plate and bobbin holder to get rid of the lint). I also opened the top part and sprayed it with pressured air to remove the dust. I tried dropping some oil, used new fresh needle, but it didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions before I have this serviced?

My machine is a Juki HZL-F600 Quilt & Pro Special.

When experiencing a sewing machine jam and encountering an error message like "lower pressure foot" on the Juki HZL-F600 Quilt & Pro Special, it indicates there may be an issue with the machine's threading, bobbin, or pressure foot. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
  1. Rethread the Machine: Start by completely rethreading both the top thread and bobbin thread. Ensure that the threads are properly seated in the tension disks, thread guides, and the bobbin case. Follow the threading instructions in the machine's user manual to ensure correct threading.
  2. Check the Bobbin: Remove the bobbin and inspect it for any tangles, knots, or thread buildup. Clean out any lint or debris in the bobbin area. Make sure the bobbin is wound correctly and placed in the bobbin case with the thread feeding in the correct direction.
  3. Verify the Pressure Foot: Double-check that the pressure foot is properly attached and lowered. Ensure that it is securely in place and there are no obstructions preventing it from making proper contact with the fabric.
  4. Adjust Thread Tension: Incorrect thread tension can also cause sewing issues. Experiment with adjusting the tension settings on the machine to find the optimal balance for your fabric and thread. Refer to the machine's user manual for guidance on adjusting thread tension.
  5. Clean and Lubricate: Regularly clean and lubricate your sewing machine to ensure smooth operation. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and lubrication, and pay special attention to the bobbin area and the needle area.
  6. Seek Professional Assistance: If the issue persists after attempting the above steps, it is recommended to contact a qualified technician or the Juki customer support for further assistance. They can provide specialized guidance and troubleshooting specific to your Juki HZL-F600 Quilt & Pro Special machine.
Remember to always consult the machine's user manual for specific instructions and guidance. If you're uncertain or uncomfortable performing any troubleshooting steps, it's best to seek professional help to avoid potential damage to the machine.

My juki g210 is loud when I sew. its 2 months old. I cleaned under plate and bobbin, put in a new needle, and its still loud. what else should I try

put some felt or rubber mat under the machine

online reviews dont say they are noisy during operation
While sewing on this machine, I heard very little in terms of machine noise. The motor is almost whisper quiet. There is no vibration.

I have a Juki HZL-F600 Sewing machine and it appears to have frozen up, or at least the wheel will not turn. Where do I get it fixed?

If it is a mechanical machine, it very possibly needs a thorough cleaning and oiling. Mechanicals will seize up over time if not oiled regularly.

It was working now it seems to be frozen the needle part wont move

My Juki HZL F300 bobbin case is making a terrible noise. It sounds like the bobbin is going to spin right out of it. This noise is SO loud! Do I need to oil anything? It is not even a year old.

Try installing a brand new needle. Sometimes a bent or dull needle will cause lots of racket.

You should consult your owner's manual for maintenance--cleaning and oiling instructions. Most sewing machines do require oil--some more frequently than others. Most machines also need frequent oiling in the bobbin/hook area. Be sure to use only good quality sewing machine oil for your machine--NO 3-in-1, WD-40, cooking oil, or old brown stinky oil.

If it continues to make the noise, you should probably have it serviced. Since it is less than a year old, it might still be covered under warranty, so don't delay.

Do I need to oil the 7200? Manual does not mention it.

There are no user oil spots on the elna 7200. It does require lubrication. It is important to take these modern machines in for service by a professional regularly.
