Ok i got the sandisk sansa e250 mp3 player, and i installed the disk it came with to convert videos and pictures on it, however it says it dosnt detect the player, and when i try to convert a photo or video it wont says failed or something probably because it dosnt detect the player, but i can get mp3s and stuff on it no problem and i tried in both modes for this nothin seems to work......seems to be alot of problems with these HELP if there is a solution

You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert your videos (and photos) to a format the Sansa can handle and transfer them to the Sansa. If you've misplaced the SMC, you can download it from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0
you must upload sansa media converter from the cd that came with the mp3 player. once you completely upload it you open it and click "ADD MEDIA" and select the videos, then hit "CONVERT" and it will convert them to a *.mov* format
