If you have the original remote and the unit wont let you in the menu, then Try first ti reset the machine by unplugging it for 24 HOURS. If that does not reset the microprocessor then the eeprom IC or the microprocessor is bad.

Tv has blue setup screen/with it set for cable but it will not c to a change to an.other channel

look for a button on the remote that says input or source and try pressing that until you see a picture. just because the screen says cable doesnt neccesarily mean thats the correct source for your tv provider.

LT-46151 mitsubishi tv, Green light flashes, no picture, back light is on, screen is blue.

If you have any later digital camera or phone with a compatible connector and cable, try connecting this first.

The set may be looking at the wrong input for signal.

Using your remote, check the setup menu to ensure that your source (cable, receiver, etc.) hasn't been accidentally changed.
Often, a blue screen means 'no signal.'

I lost picture and Audio,I just replaced the Y sustain board and still doesn't work, what else should I do?

If you get a blue screen when it's on, try feeding in an external audio and video source, like a camcorder or VCR, and see if it displays. Check setup or input selection. If it's set to video or HDMI source and nothing is plugged in, you'd get a blue screen.

I have a blue light and an orange but my tv will not come on

If you are referring to an R15 (the big box in the picture with your post), there should be 3 blue lights on the front of the DVR: one to the far left (power), a big circle in the middle, and one on the right indicating the resolution the DVR is currently trying to send to the TV. The orange light indicates that something is being recorded; either a show or something from DTV like channel listings. The orange light has nothing to do with your TV but may indicate that the DVR is downloading setup information.

As for turning your TV on, when you first get DTV, the DVR remote does not know how to talk to your TV set, only the DVR, so you have to teach the remote to talk to your TV. To do that, turn your TV on with the remote that came with it (or the on/off switch on the TV if you're a dinosaur like me) and change the TV input to whatever input the DVR is attached to - usually HDMI or Component. If you see something (a TV show, a guide, a DirecTV logo, etc.) you're in the right place. Now hit the Menu button on the DTV remote and you'll see a menu on the left that includes "Setup". Use the arrow buttons on the DTV remote to move to Setup, press Select, and then select Program Remote. Follow those instructions carefully, step by step, and you should be all set. (Caveat: I am working from memory so the exact wording might not match and I might have missed a menu level. If so, I apologize.)

JVC TV Blue screen No remote

To select the source you must have its remote control. There is no TV/AV source select button at the front panel of this TV.

My televison has a blue screen with the words "no

Try going to the initial setup menu to check if the unit is set to the correct input. It may have been an internal glitch that has fussed with the 'source' so that it is looking at something other than the cable input which may be called 'Tuner.' If the setting is correct, then the input conditioning which may be on a smaller board, or part of the main board may have failed. As an experiment, use another input with a camera, camcorder, DVR or VCR and set the source accordingly. If none of them work, your set is definitely sick.

Blank screen with other displays still working

1. By View your DVR, Do you mean you can actually see a picture?
2. By "Switch Channels", are these channels being tuned by the TV Tuner?

Your LCD Panel is OK Since you have a Picture (input display in right corner)
If you can see a picture with your DVR, VCR, DVD or any external source then your TVs Video Processing is OK....if not you will probably need to replace the responsible PWB for this function
If you can see a picture with the external sources and only the TV's Tuner is not showing Video, The PWB responsible for Tuning within the TV should be replaced.

Also, if all problems are associated with only the DVR (I assume this is Sat or Cable), then it is most likely that this device is not functioning properly. Possibly lost signal or deauthorized.
