Water filtre cartridge exploding

Sorry but , Ford is noted for not recalling the Pinto exploding gas tanks. Internal memo said, "Cheaper to let people burn in 15 MPH crash than accept responsibility" Also look at Explorer exploding tires.
On my Ford, the steering arm snapped off. Zero steering control!! Lucky I was 100 feet from home not on freeway

You may refer to them to take the cartridge out.

Hot water need to pass through the hot water hose (under the benchtop) and then to the faucet especially the cartridge. If any of them are blocked, hot water cannot come out.

have you checked that the electric cooling fan is working ?? if so check the thirmostat by removing and placeing in boiling water and placeing a thirmomitor in the wather the stat should open at aprox 88- 92 deg, failing that have the head gasket checked

Call a qualified service tech immediately.
Gas explosion indicates dirty combustion parts, and gas is not fully igniting when tankless turns on the gas. So gas builds up and then explodes causing serious damage to tankless, and serious risk to homeowner.

i just sent you a clarification request. The link above is an exploded parts diagram. You should be able to get some of these parts at lowes or home depot. Especially the cartridge.
No really all you have to do to change them out is turn off the water supply, and use the diagram to tell which parts go on when. I doubt you will be able to get everything from the store. But you can probably get any part on there from the moen website.

No it doesn't and it is not supposed to. They didn't have the temper right and it should not have happened. The manufacturer will tell you that you must have chipped it or hit with something and the water temp made it burst. Don't buy it, Glass is tough, and when done right, does not explode easily. Hope this helps.

NOTE: The easiest way to remove the water from the wash tub and avoid flooding your laundry room is to remove the drain hose from the standpipe at the wall and use a wet/dry shopd vac to pull a vacuum on the line. If you do not own a shop vac, you can use a mop bucket and lower the drain hose enough to allow gravity to drain. Make sure to place the drain hose back in the standpipe between emptying the shop vac or mop bucket to prevent water from running on the floor.
