Can't guarantee the problem is in the power board, but can guarantee we won't charge you a full service cost if board turns out to be fine.
More often than not the problem would be in the power though.
And, alas, no quick and simple way to test it - the control of the power board is slightly more complex on those ones than most others.
If more than one click----main power relay is turning on and then off.
Indicates a problem in main power supply---either the supply or something connected to it is pulling it down.
Suggests problem is on Secondary side of power supply.
