There are several Oster microwave manuals at Manuals Lib. The manual for a potentially similar 1.3 cu. ft. model is here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/927477/Oster-Ogzd1301g.html / . Scroll down to see some of the other Oster microwave manuals.
Perhaps this model is similar to yours and the manual will be of assitance. If not I suggest sending a request direct to Oster via their web inquiry form:
it happened on my oster 3071 the error e2 just appear the only that i did was open it and I found out that the blue wire which is connected on the lid is cut so i just reconnect the wire and stick it together using souldering iron and presto it is good as new again
This unit has had many recalls. Oster got a bad unit and is telling customers to return for free replacement. The 3072 model has a bad computer board. Take it back for free replacement.
Rice cookers will only cook if you have enough water in it. If all the water has cooked out, then the cooker will turn off. Remember when you put your rice in the cooker, make sure you level it off. Then add twice as much water so that it will over cover the rice.
Well, the ideal rule of thumb is about 1.5 - 2 inches of water above the level of rice. Then again, it depends what type of rice you are cooking...But 1.5 inches should work.
