I removed the phone cover and when i put it back i have started getting a white screen. Everything is working properly like the switch on sound, i can receive calls and play music but the display is a white screen. i think there is a loose connection plzzzzzzz help me.

hi, there are two kinds of white screen in n70 , the first one is because of damage LCD (glass screen) , defective display driver (small chips that makes the display works) and the other one is corrupted software...in damage lcd the phone will detected by computer because its software is still working...so , the problem of your N70 im sure is the second one , corrupted software....your phone needs to reprogram,and need to go to a nokia care center to fix you problem... i hope ,i will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya...
The problem is inside the printer. Turn off the printer and open the replacement ink compartment- move the inks holder far to the left- use a torch to check where the inks holder home and you'll see that there is a sponge a tiny rectangular shape come loose -use the twiter and put back in place (holder). http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/inkjet/39177
Dear friend: First get the lcd checked Second connector of lcd Third display driver crystal IC Fourth get the smps ic power controller checked Fifth get the line checked (lcd ic to lcd connector) and last get the omap (cpu) checked
Open the back cover of the phone and remove the battery,the try blowing it hard where the battery pins are for 10 minutes or so then switch it back on.Your phone will run smoothly,but only for a short period.The best option is to press the *,green,3 at the same time after blowing the phone.if it does not want to work then let me [email protected]

Hard format method:
turn phone off
hold the following keys WHILE its turning back on: (3 + * + green call key)
do not let go until it asks you about your location
That hard formats all data on the phone, but your phone may need to be reprogrammed if the entire software is corrupted. Here in the philippines it costs 300 pesos, which is cheap. I dont know about the price from where you come from.
Anyways, negotiate (if possible) for a better price. It could also be a damaged hardware from within that may need fixing or replacement.
i think ur phone ic is alright but the connection between the screen and circiuit bord are not working.
i would suggest u to got a expert repairer
rather than trying repairng urself with unlettered hands.
