My studioworks 500G monitor LED blinking with twise colour(Green and Amber)and no display.
Hello.. my LG studioworks 500G monitor got this kind of problem..when i place the power cord to CRT then the LED's are blinkng and it has no display..its kind when its blinking first it blinks with green and then in the second blink it blinks with amber anyone help me for this problem...Thanks....

Thnx guys.. i hav repaired my monitor... it was the problem of an IC of video section.. i was aware of it bt was not sure.. thnx a lot.. n one thing i want to share with you guys,.. such problem also occurs when capacitors become weak or useless,in that case colour generally turn to blackish...

your irf 630 is not original purchase it from proper LG authorised service centre it is costly but never become faulty again duplicate mosfet overheats if your green led is on then measure voltage at E.H.T.connect meter at output transister if E.H.T. is producing then meter should show 1 digit if not then 50v will show take care that signal cable should be disconnected if E.H.T. is not producing then check +vcc at horizontal ic it should be 12v. if 12v is not present then check regulator ic 7812 insmps
I thing it is the problem of horizantal output transistor.that is placed on hitsink of eht big in size.Or check vga cable.
