hmmm well theres 2 options 1)press the "play" button and hold it for 15~20 sec. then charge it. if it still doesnt charge then hold it down for 30~50 sec. if that doesnt work then im sorry i cant help you with this problem..but heres another option 2)go to best buy or where ever you went to buy your ipod.. simple as that
i'm assuming you pushed the reset button at the bottom already. does it seem like it is booting (does the hard drive spin, the head move?) if nothings moves or spins i'm assuming you have a defective logic board. there is a creative zen repair guide that shows you how to do that, the part is on ebay.
i would reinstall the whole zune software and make sure everything is freshly downloaded, and you computer should recongnize it, finally click on erase all content and your zune will reboot and be fine once more and work agian
please remember to save all your music before uninstalling the zune software
If you had this Zune for a long time this will happen at times because the batteries are rechargeable instead of batteries but if it doesn't turn on you could reset it by pressing the middle button and pressing the up button at the same time.
