Element ''melting'' Fisher and Paykel oven model B1601ed The top element iscoming down and bending as if it is melting . It still works but burnt the oven mitt whentrying to get food out after cooking. Should this be a manufacturing fault even if the oven is a few years old. Mant thanks Paul [email protected]

Fisher & Paykel Thyme model. How do you remove these screw in type top elements please. Appreciate your help

To remove the screw-in type top elements of a Fisher & Paykel Thyme model, you will need to use a screwdriver. First, turn off the power to the appliance and unplug it from the wall. Then, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws that are holding the elements in place. Once the screws are removed, the elements can be lifted out and replaced.

Fisher and Paykel oven hot heating on fan force

Possibly a burnt out fan element. You or a service person needs to test the element & wiring with a multimeter.

Fisher and Paykel Paprika Oven Top Elements Full hot!!

No controller. The switch for each element (called a simmerstat) is what controls the heat. It is a common fault and will be fixed if you instal new simmerstat for each faulty element.

I have the fisher paykel pepper electric stove top and oven at home. the stove is working just fine, but below it the oven turns on but it doesnt heat up. what should i do?

When you say that the oven turns on I assume that the oven indicator light is working. If this is so there will be only two likely causes for the oven not working.
Oven element is faulty - check by performing continuity test;
Wiring at oven element terminals burnt off - check visually.
If you are handy carry out the above. If not, call a repairman.

Element for bottom fan forced oven wiring, I have a blue and green wire, should there be a third wire?

You should have 3 wires, the green is the earth. The other two would normally be blue and brown. If you have tried to change the element the missing one may have fallen back in or it could have been burnt off the element terminal and fallen down the back. Anyway you may have to remove the rear of the oven to locate it.
