Almost anything could happen when aTV or any appliance hits the floor. You can just about say this TV is totaled. If you know of a hobbiest in electronics, have them remove the back cover and inspect the boards for cracks. You might be able to save.....just maybe. very likely it has a bad cap in the power supply
if you are qualified , and know how to check the caps are in the powersupply section look to see if one or more caps have bulged at the top of the cap
if you can't find any you will need to call a service tech
