Hi!!I have a big problem :/ I bought Sansa m230 when I was on summer in United States. Everything was just great and I was very happy becouse of that... before I got home to Poland and plug it in into my PC. I just did something like copy folder from player's drive to hard disk, and than plug it out! I thought everyhthing was fine... untill I tried to turn on my player... And thats a problem, becouse I just see Sansa logo, and than m230 is turning off... and after one second it shows this logo again... adn than turn it off again! And over and over again!!When I plug it in to PC again it doesn't show any new drive, and I cant' do anything!! Batteries are fine!! Please help me!!!!! Guarantee doesn't work in my country, and I cant' change it!!! Please respond what I should do!!
Remove the battery from the player. Enable the hold switch and connect the player to the computer. Right-click on My Computer and choose Manage. Click on disk management if the player is listed there right click it and choose format. This will erase all the songs on the player. If the player is not listed there try another usb port. If all else fails try calling sandisk to see if there are other steps they could provide.
