Gear in brush head broken
SOURCE: I need parts
Call them at 1-800-798-7398
Have the model number, the country it was made in and the date it was
made. All found on sticker on bottom of unit. They are foreigners that
answer the phone, so be prepared to spell everything. It takes 3 weeks
to get the parts but I found them to be inexpensive.
The part you need is called steam pocket frame and it cost about $15 from them. I just ordered one, mine broke too.
SOURCE: Shark SV736R motorized brush won't rotate
The 2 metal pins of the motorized brush are not in contact with the vacuum cleaner. or the Motorized brush is clogged up. You have mentioned that it is cleaned, but still give a thorough inspection. For the metal pins, firmly insert the motorized brush into the air-intake nozzle. This will connect the motorized nozzle to the unit power supply.
