2red lights .fixed x clamp prob 3red lights played for about 3hours turned its self off now i have 2red lights come on as soon as i turn it on no green lights at all fans are running ok all leads connected

Hi, you need to contact the supplier of your chair really. You can get advice here but as your safety is at issue it is probably best dealt with by people who are familiar with the chair. If the cair was provided by an enabling organisation, such as a local health authority or welfare organisation, they should be your first port of call.
On a purely mechanical level it sounds as though the steering mechanism is jammed, possibly gears

Yes the 3 red lights is caused by the main chips getting too hot you will need to stop the heat build up in order to play, use a good repair guide or send it in to get it fixed.

LOL just fix one today same prob .Affter burn in runs like a champ. The fix is X CLAMP MOD

i might know y.you might have a brick.to get rid of this bricking someone to preform a pandoras batterey or you could preform the hack your self by looking it up.when u preform the hack, down grade software to1.5.Then you can upgrde to what ever software you want.

The problem is the black screws on the bottom of the frame that screw into the X-Clamps. Most of the time, you usually don't have to even put the black screws back in. However their can be exscruciating headache inducing problems with fine tuning the black screws. If you do end up needing to put the black screws back in, I suggest to start with one @ a time, starting with the bottom right screw. ( thats with the 360 standing vertical with the dvd drive faced toward U.) The tightness can range from almost as tight as you can possibly get to soooo!!!!!! loose u can't possibly imagine how its doing anything at all. The best way to do this is, with the 360 hooked up, (and the case left off) take the small white plastic frame off that covers the power button, start with the screw loosened and then proceed to turn slightly like an 1/8th of a turn, then power on and then turn off if 2 red or 3 red ring proceeds and then repeat. You shouldn't have to put all the black screws back in, mine only has bottom right bottom left and top left, and are incredibly loose. My friend however has bottom right only and is tightened only about 1/2 way.

3 Red Lights Flashing - is a general hardware failure

• Unplug everything and let it sit for 20 min. Re-connect and try re-starting
• If these steps do not resolve the behavior, turn the console off, remove the hard drive, and then turn on the console. If the 3x Red LED error light is no longer displayed, turn the console off, re-attach the hard drive, and then turn on the console.
• Check the lights on the power supply. When you turn on the console, the power supply light should illuminate green even if the three lights on the console flash red.

unplug for 3hours this is a hard reset, if the prob is still there after pluging back in , listen real close two back of set, is there a squeeling noise, if so prob. a bad power board. about 300$ two fix SORRY
