Beeping sound my lenovo n3000 gives a continued beeping sound when i start it, it starts when microsoft logo appears and continues...till i dont shut it down plz help me.. one more thing sound reduces when i hit or lift the laptop upwards...

* Make sure the laptop is using the AC adapter
* Turn on or restart the computer
* When the Dell logo appears, press F12 immediately. If you wait too long and the operating system logo appears, continue to wait until you see the Microsoft Windows desktop, and then shut down the computer and try again
* Select Diagnostics from the menu and press Enter
* If a failure is detected, the computer stops and beeps, press Y to retest the component that failed

Gives continuous beep sound , When my laptop switch on (Lenovo G585). No display but leds (power & battery) were blinking.

Issue with ram. Need to clean and refit or replace the new one.

if the computer is beeping upon load up just check for any keys on your keyboard in case thay are stuck or pushed down too far

Hello sir, your pc has memory problems, continuous beeping is caused by undetected memory modules. Open the unit and locate the memory cards, remove and re-seat them. do this several times until the pc responds. ELSE you may have system board problems.

There are two types of beep, the continuous one with the same interval ,it indicates memory problem, but if the beep with two short beep the graphics card has a problem.That works?
