Is not something so serious, the problem is that the mouth piece of your phone is bad
that is why the cannot hear your voice. I advice you get the mouth
piece of your phone replace because it is bad and that is why your
callers cannot hear you.
All you need to do is to change the
mouth piece of your phone and you will see that your callers will hear
after you have replace the mouth piece of your phone.
you can get hands free pending the time you will replace the mouth piece
of your phone.
i u cant hear people talking, that not mike problem.

if my solution useful, please voted me.thanks..
You would need the right driver for your device to get this work
properly. If google is of no help, just send the model numbers of device and operating system to http://manualfox.com/driver.htm and they will come back with a solution.
This isn't an issue with your mic, this simply you hearing what your saying through the other persons ****. This occurs most often when the person your speaking with has their audio configured to play through their speaker rather than their **** or when the volume on the mike's speaker is so high that the **** picks it up. Reducing the volume on your **** may help the the situation.
hi no need of any drivers.. see to that both the ouput pins from ur head set microphone is connected to ur system audio port.. if only one pin is connected the other person cant hear ur voice.. try connecting both the pins..
You must go into the Tools Option where you sign in on MSN Messenger and change the microphone/speaker settings there. It is at the top of the window where you can see your status and all your contacts listed...the window that comes up upon "Sign In".
These override any settings you may have changed in the control panel.
