It has a remote output if it also has RCA pre-outputs. The remote output wire is blue with a white stripe.

How to i attatch jensen amp to pioneer deh-2200ub

You have two options here you can use the rear outputs and make sure you use the LPF low pass filter on the amp. Or you can use the speaker outputs and purchase a line out converter to connect rca's to the amp. The blue/white wire from the headunit goes to the amp remote turn on. power goes directly to the battery and ground goes to the vehicles chassis.

Wont turn on

Hi there,
try the following;
disconnect your remote lead, connect the remote terminal to the positive terminal with a piece of wire. If the amp powers up then the remote output from your headunit is at fault. You can connect the remote lead to a switchable live at the headunit end to work around this problem. The amp will switch off when you switch the ignition off and vice versa.
If that doesn't work then there may be a problem with your positive feed so check your fuse (there should be one near your battery where you see the amp cable connect)
If that doesn't work, check how secure your earth lead is, kicker amps use a lot of power so these connections need to made to a clean metal surface. Scrape the paint away if you need to, make sure you have bare metal to connect to.
Lastly, if you have only just installed the amp, check that you have thick enough power cable. As I said before, the amp will draw a lot of current, if the main power cable is too thin then you may not be getting enough current to power the amp.
Hope this is helpful.

I have a Pioneer DEH-p4800mp and I connected to amplifier when i stop the cd player does not stop the amplificator

Question? have you also connected the Remote cable from the CD player to the Amp? or have you only got 12v & gnd hooked into the amp? if so then the amp will be on all the time. the remote goes from the CD player to the amp, usually a blue cable from the back of the head unit.

Amp will not come on ,no light

Yes!!!!!!!!!! Your remote wire is what tells your amplifier to turn on and off it won't work without it. Assuming your stereo headunit is an after market unit it has the correct wire for this. what you have to do is pull out you headunit, and in the back of the headunit where all the wires plug into your unit there is blue wire with a white stripe. this is the remote turn on wire. connect a wire to that blue n white wire and run it back to your amp, insert it into to the spot marked remote. turn your head unit on and your amp will power up... if you have all the rca cables hooked up your amp should be ready to go.... btw good choice on the amp, kenwood is the way to go!

Wiring my tuner-DEH-1800 to Amp GM-5300-T into my 4 speaker system.

Hi,

In most head units as in your case the Pioneer DEH-1800, there would be 2 RCA female jacks at the rear of the unit. These are your OUTPUTs.

While in most amps including your GM-5300-T, there would similar RCA jacks which would be your INPUTs.

You need to connect the output to the input using an audio cable terminated at both ends with RCA plugs. Further you need to connect the remote trigger on from the head unit to the remote/external amp to switch it on.

A more comprehensive connection diagram is available at page 6 of the GM-5300T Manual which may be downloaded from here.

Hope this be of help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.
