We have zebra z4m plus printer and we have a problem on it,every time i turn on the printer its always calibrate and when i print it will pause by it self, how do i fix it to stop calibrating ? any one have an idea on it?
In the setup menu there is an option to choose what the machine does on powerup and head close. Yours is probably set to calibrate. Just change that setting to "none". Same thing with the pausing. there is a setting to pause after printing each label. Just change that option.

There is a printhead hot error that will come up on the printer if it overheats the printing mech and it will pause. If it totally locks up I'd suspect the main logic.
The label is not calibrated. Press keys FEED, PAUSE and CANCEL, turn the printer and release the keys when making the labels. Also verify that the type of material is NOT CONTINUOUS. Roberto Martinez
This is a calibration issue. The labels or ribbon are not loaded correctly. If they are, turn the printer off and then back on and the printer will run a calibrate. This should correct it. Once it is complete, you can verify by pressing the feed button and making sure it feeds one label at a time.
The printer is dirty sensor label or no label is calibrated. Turn off the printer and press FEED, CANCEL, PAUSE and turn on, release the keys to advancing the label, and let print be calibrated.
