There is a pincussion correction circuit in this RCA TV set that does have problems from time to time. Its in the horizontal High voltage sweep circuit and should only be worked on by a trained tech as there is alot of High ZVoltage there. In this set there is no user replaceable parts inside, as everything is soldered into place. It could be in your case a pincussion correction driver transistor or the coupling capacitor or capacitors that need to be replaced. if your not trained in the high voltage circuits , for your safety, please call in a local repair person to assist you in this repair.

Black screen

The problem could be in the Monitor, Computer or Cable. Did you try to connect another monitor or can you try to connect another computer (maybe a laptop) to that monitor?
It's important to understand where to start.
Thanks

Pincushioning

I can't find any info on the monitor. The problem is likely a problem with the sync circuitry of the monitor which is responsible for the constant rolling of the image, or with the image source - the camera.

There are probably no user serviceable parts / adjustment for the monitor (or camera for that matter). Until someone can give you more specific help you do some checking with a different sources (another camera or video source like a VCR, DVD, etc.) to identify which is is the culprit. If the picture doesn't clean up with a different source, the monitor is the likely source and it'll have to be checked out at a TV repair shop (remember when they were everywhere?) or by a CCTV service company.

I hope you get more help on this but at least you've got a starting point. Good luck!

Pincushion like problem

You did not mention that this cost any money, so I assume that this was a warranty repair. There is the possibility that the new light engine is defective (I see it all the time), or TV needs adjustment via service menu, not mechanical. Call company back or call manufacture to get another company in your area to come out and repair your TV properly. Don't quit until your TV is working properly. Good luck.

I think this is a non-ddc monitor. But I think you right, the monitor is damaged and won't read it's own driver. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/162737/en-us
