Phone freezes up, restarts randomly, and is very slow.

I have had my Sony Ericsson Z750a for several months and I have not experienced problems until this week. It will freeze up for long periods of time. I can no longer answer calls before it goes to voicemail. It will take up to a minute for the phone to respond to the buttons being pushed. What can I do, if anything to correct the problem?

Thanks Jenni. Those were the first things I tried, but unfortunatly they didn't work. Since posting this I've contacted customer service and they are sending me the USB cable to download a software update for the phone. Thanks for the help.

Hello sg2134,
I too use the Sony Ericson Z750a. If the phone freezes up or it does not respond to the button presses, then switch off the mobile and switch it on again. If the problem persists, you can remove the battery and and the sim and put it back again. Then you will find the mobile to be normal again.

If it still does not work, then its better to call the service provider and get the phone replaced by a new one.

call your service company (i.e. sprint tmobile, altell.) they can provide you with a code or they might be able to get you a whole new phone... tmobile has done both for me….
