Replace a new cartrige. Then try to reset printer absorver permanently-
1.First, download the resetter software that the user majorhazard let the link.

2.use the regular steps to reset temporal,unplugged the cable, press and hold the power button, reconect the power cable, while holding the power button, press reset button 3 times, turn the printer on.
3.here are the another steps to reset permanently
1.uncompress the Generaltool.exe
2.Run GeneralTool.exe
3.select the USB PORT of the printer
4.hit or click on LOCK RELEASE
5.check the checkboks CLEANING and also EEPROM CLEAR
6.click in the model of printer (My case IP12000e)
7.Click MAIN and PLATEN
8.Click TEST PATTERN 1.
9. that`s all.
10. If you wanna be sure that works just unplugged the printer and reconect(Power cable.)
