Trying to connect a digital antenna to my Sanyo tv. I plugged the cord from the antenna to the tv using the only input location labeled Ant. No signal, tried changing input but no luck.

an antenna has coaxial connection to go to your tv from the antenna... it looks like a barrel. If it is a powered antenna it will also have a cord to be connected to power in some way (usb, ac wall plug etc) that needs to be plugged in often as most those antennas do not pick up anything until you plug them in but that depends on location and a bunch of other stuff. good luck

I hooked up my new Proscan TV to the antenna but it can't find any channels

You need to check the connection is tight from the antenna and also on the back of the tv. You may need to try another coaxial cable. Is your antenna powered, meaning does it have a power plug that needs to be plugged in? Is your tv an old crt television? You may need a converter box to be able to view digital channels. A signal booster may help you get more channels.

Your tv or antenna may be defective. You could try your antenna on another tv. If your other tv gets a signal, your tv's tuner could be bad. If the other tv goes not get a signal either your antenna could be bad. I hope this helps narrow down your problem.

What do I need to correctly connect/setup my VEON 39" SR09110-B. I have plugged the power cord in and the antenna cord into the rv port on the back of the TV but the TV has no signal. Do I need to do

Your unit may need to know that it must read the antenna signals that are coming from the antenna. The unit might have a set-up feature in the TV's settings function for choosing either a cable (digital) or antenna (analog) signal.

Check if the antenna male plug is completely plugged into the antenna port of the car stereo. If it is plugged well in the car radio but don't pick stations then your antenna cable is bad.You need to install a new set of antenna, available at any car audio supply.

Changing AM / Fm radio antenna on 2006 chevy silverado. bought new antenna and it came with short pigtail. where does it plug into. Thanks

Aftermarket antennas come with notoriously short leads. What you need to do is remove the stock antenna and compare lengths to the replacement. The difference is the length of extension you'll need to get from your local electronics supply or auto parts store. The stock antenna plugs into the back of the stereo itself. When you route the new lead, try to follow the original location as best as possible.
Good luck!!

Unit does not pick up satellites but recognizes when antenna is open

I have a unit like that. The antenna appears to be dead. It just searches forever and never finds anything. I use an external antenna that I got from eBay (brand is Gilsson) and it works fine. You just plug it in the external jack (after removing the little rubber plug) and it works even better than the built-in antenna.

I can recieve on my CB but cannot transmit

sounds like thats a regular antenna wire. cb radio normally have a pl259 plug. and you need a propper cb antenna not one that has am/fm plug. cb antennas require tuning using a SWR meter.

Antenna

Wear the antenna headphones around your neck and use ear buds. Works like a charm!
