If you use oem licence software, just do system recovery or recovery to factory default setting on your system or ypu can restore your system without cd through system restore point

Need help on getting a reboot disk?

If you mean a restore disk, you will have to contact the manufacturer and purchase the restore disk. restore disk will restore your computer back to factory settings (brand new out of the box) I do not know what a reboot disk is. I hope this helps.

My 0xc000000c "Restore Failed" prompt seemed to be the result of disk surface damage on the restore disk. After burning the restore disk to a new disk, the restore proceeded normally. Try making a copy of the original restore disk to a known good blank disk.

E-machine won't restore

it sounds like the disk is damaged or something of that sort. what you most likely need to do is either get a new set of restore disks and try it or get a windows disk and run the operation manually.
