I have a GE Profile Prodigy. Purchased used. All cycles work. But it wont drain during spin. The clothes at the bottom are still soaking wet. Any suggestions? All help is most appreciated. Many, many thanks to the one who solves this problem.
Most likely your outlet filter of the machine is choked with dirt or something; clean out the filter & refit. Of course after taking of the wall plug & siphoning out the water from washer.

We have had the same problem. We checked filter and we had repair service come. He suggested buying a new pump. we did that installed it and problem persists. However, try the quick cycle under "other cycles" Tried that today and it is working. It drains just fine, which would indicate that it is a computer issue-stick with turn dials- forget the computer screen appliances- too many bells and whistles and they break down. And don't buy this washer! The washer is only 2 years old and was expensive. VERY annoying.
