I have had my Sansa E250 for about 3 months now getting close to 200 songs. The songs have been working fine but suddenly some of them stopped working and came up with this message (Sinchronize to Continue your Music subscribtion) I tried taking off and putting them back on but it didn't work. Could somone please help me.

I've had this happen a couple of times in the last 6 months. You can get it to play again by chosing the format option from the settings menu. Of course, then you've lost everything you had loaded on to it. Download your music/audio books again and they will play.
1 put on hold and hold record button while u turn on (your sansa is now in recovery mode) 2 connect your sansa to your comp via usb cable a box should show up saying the firmware version 3 close the window and disconnect your sansa (it will restart)
if that doesnt fix your problem try this...
1 connect your sansa to comp via usb cable 2 right click start on windows desktop go to explore 3 scroll down to your sansa's drive rifght click it go to properties 4 go to tools tab and click "check now" under error checking will take awhile and will erase your memory on the sansa but it will work again
I ran into the same problem with my Sansa when listening to legally downloaded audio books from the local library. This is what I found:

can check by going to settings>usb mode on the player itself. I
think it needs to be for you to use library files like that. " (This worked for me)
"are you copy and pasting the files? if so you will need to use WMP to
sync the files. copy and paste might not be transferring the license." (didn't try this -- didn't need to)
I plug mine into the usb port . then i open the file where the folder says music. in the music folder i remove or delete files from it. then i add copies of new ones. that's the only way i can add music to mine because mine won't form at it with the converter. the converter says its the wrong format.but this way works fine for me. the copes i add are mp3 media player or quick time
Here's the deal with WMA files - once your subscription expires (or really, the license on the WMA file expires) - you will have to renew your music service subscription or the song will no longer play on your device.
Use Mp3 format songs - they'll never give you this problem.
Okay, here's what i've encountered: songs that I downloaded on rhapsody, without purchasing, only lasted about 7-10 days unless i reconnected. once my trial period ended, i lost all the songs. songs that i've purchased i've had no trouble (although if you load them to the sansa immediately after download, you may get the same message. its best to wait at least 24 hours). good luck
