SOURCE: System error E000
HI there E000 is normally the fuser hasn't warmed up in time or there s a problem with it. I can't remember where it is but there is a access panel and in there is a switch that you will have to press to reset the code or press the either the mans head followed by the ID button or the ID button followed by the mans head. This will take you into service mode scroll down until you get reset error codes enter and reset all codes.
Turn machine off then back on again and hopefully the e code will go and you can use the machine if not then the fuser unit will need to be replaced.
Thanks J

IX. SELF DIAGNOSIS The DC controller PCB has a microprocessor that diagnoses the functions of the copier (particularly the sensors) at appropriate intervals. If this microprocessor detects an abnormality, it will display the type of the abnormality on the indicator on the control panel. The table below shows the various fault codes, their meaning, and the corresponding detection timing. Example of E000 code indication: Eó000 light alternately. Fault criteria • If the temperature difference between the thermistors 1 and 2 is 60°C or higher. • If the fixing asssembly temperature is lower than 50°C after 15 sec from the power-on. If the tempereture remains 220°C or higher for 0.1 sec or longer. If warm-up is not over after 60 sec from when the temperature reached 50°C. If fixing unit temperature drops below 50°C when the copier is in stand by or copying. If the C HEAT CHECK signal is on while the HEAT ON signal is off. If the main motor speed feedback signal does not appear after 2 sec from the main motor. If the break signals is generated continuously for 0.1 sec or more when the counter is not being driven. Take out fuser check lamp for continuity ( put black tester terminal on one end and red on ther opposite, must give a beep)
check termofuse in same way.for thermistor check for change in resistance when applying heat or cold.
