I am guessing the center lens is bad. It has leaked oil and the oil dripped down on the circuit board below it. The unit doesn't power on, and all of the fuses that I can find
Now for the questions....
Will the bad lens keep the unit from powering on?
If I replace the lens and clean the board with electronics cleaner what are the chances of everything working?
Is there something else blown that keeps it from powering on?

The crt fluid is concentrated in the front of the chassis,I have seen them clean and working again but it can go either way,then you need to get the lens replaced with a new seal and extra sealant,the fluid is what is preventing the set from turning on.Is a hard call to make.If you clean it make sure is dry before you power on.

Take off the shower head and check the rubber washer inside. If it is cracked, off center, or missing, you will have a leak. Also, make sure you are using plumbers tape (teflon tape) around the male threads on the shower pipe that comes out from the wall. Sometimes the pipe leaks at the point where the pipe and showerhead are fastened together, but it looks like the shower head itself is dripping because water always flows downward so it goes over the showerhead at the top and drips off the side.
A couple of leaks can be fairly large. An Oil Pan leak where you will see oil seeping down the sides of the pan and dripping directly below. The other is a Rear Main Bearing Seal leak and the oil will be coming from where the engine meets the transmission.
The Chrysler minivan products all had leaking problems. I have had 5 or 6 different Dodge or Plymouth minivans from 88 to 99. How bad is it. The most common thing is Valve cover leaks. Front and rear seals in the engine leak as well as the oil pan gasket. If its leaking a little bit at a time open the hood and look at the front and rear of the engine. Do you see grease and oil that has gone down the sides of the engine? Do you see a lot of grease on the engine with some clean streaks going through it. You may be able to see where its leaking from. If you know someone that knows what their doing have them change the leaky gasket/s. If not you can probably have it repaired for less than buying another van unless other things are seriously wrong with the van.

You cannot repair the leak until you determine where it is leaking. More than likely it is leaking from the oil filter, oil pressure sending unit, or valve cover gasket. Check around the oil filter for a leaks and if you see oil on the filter then replace it. Check the oil pressure sending unit and if it is leaking replace it. Wipe all the oil off the bottom of the engine and any other place you see oil. Now place newspapers on the floor under the car and then start the engine and let it run for about 10 minutes and then shut down. Wait overnight and you can see where the leak is coming from.
If your Delta RP17453 Pull-Down Diverter Tub Spout stops dripping after 5 minutes, your ok. If it never stops dripping, you need to replace delta faucet cartridge(s) behind the handle(s). This is were the water turns on and off and stops the water flow to the tub spout.
Delta faucets are some of the easiest to repair, and parts are usually available at any hardware store or home center. If you have a two handle faucet, replace both delta seats and springs and stems. If you have a single handle Delta faucet, replace the entire cartridge.
First thing I do on these is to disconnect power cord,pull off the front speaker grill and remove the small door covering the tubes. Get a bright light and look for coolant leaking down from the metal shields that cover the high voltage anode on the picture tubes. There is a chamber on each tube that contains ethylene glycol or antifreeze to keep the tubes from overheating. Sometimes the gaskets get a leak and coolant drips down onto the circuit board. Look very closely at the board to see if there are any drips below the tubes. If this is the case you may consider replacing the set but some can be saved by cleaning the board and sealing the leaks. Have a pro look at the tv if this doesn't help because all you can get online is a guess. Second thing that could cause this is a failure in the vertical or convergence circuit that would entail part replacement at a cost of 200-300. If you find no coolant on the circuit board that means the convergence circuit or the vertical circuit needs to be rebuilt. These sets are known for having bad capacitors on the boards that eventually have to be replaced when a failure occurs. Good luck, Russmann.
Could it be the rear main seal? Some times oil can be "blown" around in bell housing from fly wheel. If you can pry the inspection plate with a little regular screw driver and oil starts to come out its a good chance its the rear main
Glycol leaks can be a problem. How bad is the leak is it dripping on the boards. This stuff that s leaking is called glycol conductive anc corrosive. keep the set upluged. The seals in the crts have failed. they would have to be replaced. Very involed repair. it involves removing the tube and removing the glycol removing the seal cleaning the tube replaceing the seal refilling the tube putting the tube back in and aligning. at the shop such a repair is about 2 to three hours..if THE GLYCOL has leaked on the board then the board could have been damaged. AT this point you have to ask if it is worth it. always get a profesional to do this type of repair. i dont say this often but this is not a fix it yourself
