My printer has paper in it put it keeps saying out of paper? There is already paper in the printer so why won't it print?

Have you tried cleaning the paper feed rollers with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth? You'll have to remove the paper try first. If that doesn't work you may have to remove the ink cartridge and tighten the roller. I had to call the Kodak technical support to get help with this. Hope this helps.

Although there is paper in the tray that has been fanned, etc, a window opens saying the print is out of paper and the the transfer light keeps flashing. This has happened many other times before and is something that seems to sort itself. I am needing to print pictures now so I need a permanent solution please.

mine keeps sayin that its out of paper when the paper is in place correctly..it looks like the rollers to feed the paper are not moving. when i feed the paper by hand it gets jammed..i can not use this printer until i get it figured out.
how did you tighten the rollers?

The printer screen keeps telling me it is out of paper, add paper then press print. I have followed the instructions suggested and the problem still exist.
