SHARP UX-P115 Hi, We bought the fax machine SHARP UX-P115 about 2 days ago and it was working pretty good but then it start giving us trouble. Whenever somebody is trying to fax us, the machine will ring and it said "NO SERVICE". I tried to use the copier and it worked. I know the problem is not the fax line because I set up my other fax machine and it was receiving fax. Please help. Thank you.

    This fax never work, My husband pass away the last year and I can'Tfixed the problem no received faxes said line erro

call sharp tech support (905 568 7140) for instr. they are very helpful and will guide you thro' the deleting memory process in madel ux-p115.

Display window shows download wt
Try unplugging both the phone line and the power cable, leave it out for several minutes, and re connect. this should clear anything out of volitile mamory.
