I have had 2 power supplys from Okia that have gone out. I have looked everywhere for the company info so I can get the warrenty on them. I can not find any contact info. Does anybody out there have this info?
Try contacting ebay vendor HAPPYMICRO in Covina Calif. I've purchased 5 systems from these guys, always use Okia and two went out, they replaced them immediately. They may direct you to the company for direct warranty replacements.

Re: Power Supply Warrenty
I couldn?t find a web site for Okia either; however, I did note that the venders that sold them usually guaranteed them for one year themselves. I would at least try that route, that and not buy Okia power supplies. There are lots of stories and physical examinations of how poorly they are designed and manufactured.

There are two possiblities: check your settings in power management available in control panel and reset it to default.
If problem continues then change your charger, there probably something wrong with it. If it is under warrenty then contact with the company
This tv still under warrenty?Call Samsung for service.Ur tv the power supply board is dead. That the board where the power a/c cord plug into it.That is ur tv power supply board and is dead.It must require replacing.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacemnt,if the tv is out of warrenty.
Based on the additional information that the power supply fan turns on for a few seconds and then goes off indicates to me you have a motherboard or processor problem. I would have a service center check the computer for you.
Yes, the factory provides a 1 year warranty. Since you installed it some 11 months ago I suggest you contact them asap. You'll probably need to provide the serialnumber to them as part of the procedure.
Could be one of these: 1. Lead Fuse could of blone 2. Fan broken 3. Insted of the power, it could be your motherboard 4. THE WHOLE THING Im sure your get it fixed soon and i hope me telling you what it could be has helped you. DigicalJAI
