Eio Tantung photo juke box

When i turn on photo jukebox mp3 it says file load fail then operating system not found then it swittches off

WHEN I TURN MY ELIO ON ITS SAYS HDD INIT FAILED, THEN SAYS OPERATING SYSTEM IS NOT FOUND, THEN TURNS OFF. TRIED RESETING BUT IS STILL THE SAME. CAN NOT LOAD UP ON ELIO MEIDA MANAGER & CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ON ELIO UPDATE.

Same problem - but I can't reinstall the operating system as the device is not recognised.

I had that problem after i upgraded the firmware. something went wrong. i just did it again, and after that everything worked fine.

RCA 2763FMA quit working -file system corrupt

Connect to your XP PC via USB
Find the Jukebox drive in 'My Computer'
Right click it and left click properties
Goto the tools tab
Error checking, click check now
Tick both boxes then Start
When finished checking close all windows
Click 'safely remove hardware in the bottom right near the clock' (you need to do this every single time you remove the jukebox or your filesys may be corrupted again)
Remove the USB lead from the jukebox and enjoy

Jukebox is no longer supported by Yahoo. You may be able to access the mp3 files using windows media player or creative's media explorer but beware that creative's software is often locked out by WMP version 11.

Elio Photojukebox 810 Image not found - No operating system

Sorry it wasn't the Elio Jukebox with 20 GB, it was the Elio Jukebox with 4 GB.
And yes it's solved. I copied the files from a second Elio on it. Not the files from the CD!!! You must copy the files from a working unit. It works with mine. If you need the files - I can mail it to you. I am from Germany but after you copied the files you can change the language from German to English on the player menue.

Unable to find the software

Hi, I had the same problem with my Elio Photo Jukebox 810. I ask a friend - he has the same model. I copied all the files from his to mine and the system was restored. Maybe somebody can send the files to you and I hope it works as good as it works on mine.

Plug your MOSMP036 into your USB port on your computer. Find it in "Device Manager". Double click on it then go to "Driver". Click on "Update Driver", then on "Next" then "Next" again and again to search for suitable driver. DO NOT INSTALL the driver it says is nearest match but click on the "Install one of the other drivers box and click "Next". Select the driver for USB mass storage device and click next. You will now be able to find your MP3 player's disc in Widows Explorer where you can create folders and copy and move files at will. Just remember when you have finished to go into MOS Jukebox, click on Sync the on File and then on Exit, otherwise your player menu will not display your songs as you have installed them. Iuse my MOSMP036 to back up my important computer files!

I mate I saw a reply to a thread on a forum regarding the Elio Photo Jukebox TPJ-1022. I have the same problem as you could you email the software/firmware on how to recover this item.
