Sounds like a design flaw.
i would talk to to the service center for a permanent solution.
this is a mechanical issue that should not be happening.
good luck

Looking for answer to error code F5 on Whirlpool Dishwasher ADG 8200

Fault Code F5 or Five Flashes
Cause: Spray arms are blocked/clogged or otherwise malfunctioning.
Action: Spray arms are easily removed so take them out of the dishwasher and wash in the sink to clear out any gunk (using descaler should help shift any stubborn debris). Whilst doing this run the dishwasher on a short program without the spray arms to clear any further blockages.

My dishwasher is signaling FB Error. What does that mean?

FB (or 12 flashes) - Motorised diverter valve. The dishwasher diverter valve controls the flow of water to the upper dishwasher spray arm. If it is faulty it will need checking and possibly replacing.

Whirlpool du1055xtsq 3 not cleaning top rack of

In my experience, you probably have a clog in the spray arm/arms for the top rack. Take the arm(s) out and see if the holes in them are clogged. Rice, plastic wrappers, and glass from dishes that broke in there are the most common culprits I've seen.

Installing part

there should be a clip half way up the back and on the top. release those and the old tub should come out with out to much difficulty. the peice that attaches from the feeder arm to the lower spray arm turns clock wise and lifts out. the lower spray arm will unscrew if you use a pair of pliers.
