i just sold mine yesterday. i posted a problem ages ago and i got no help or any replys. Im glad i got rid of it, it wouldnt even go onto the main screen, just kept freezing

Hi Gualbeer. Why don't you try screen touching the change preferences then the Reset factory settings that works like reformatting ones computer. rrp3dgt

stevi at the back of your tom tom where your windscreen dock goes there is a small rubber bumper if you look to the right and down you will see the reset button it is a small hole above the dock socket. sandy
