HELP: MENUS My Nintendogs: Dalmation and Friends is messed up. When I go to the main screen where it shows the whistle thing and my dog's picture, the icons for the "Go Out" and "Supplies List" menus aren't there! My dog is filthy, famished, and parched and I have no way to bathe, feed, or even buy food, water, or shampoo for it. I have looked everywhere but nobody has a solution. I know my DS Lite isn't messed up, but my Nintendogs is. Please help me reset it somehow or something. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
I have the same problem. My poor dogs are hungry thirsty and filthy and the menu to bathe feed and water them is gone. How do I bring it back? How do I fix the problem? WE HAVE BOUGHT 2 OF THESE NOW AND BOTH OF THEM HAVE HAD NO ICON FOR THE SUPPLIES.

I think you should take this game back and tell them exactly what has happened. If they have a look and it isn't a game, it might have something to do with your nintendo ds

Mabey you touch screen and buttons need to be recalibrated or you have to put this certain processor in to the button area again. if it was pre-owned mabey they hacked it or messed it up. if u hacked then that could be a problem
Try keeping your voice the same tone. Or you can reset the entire game by pressing ABXYLR while on the "Nintendo" screen. If the problem continues, try checking your microphone for any foreign material.
Assuming all the nintendogs are the same when you tap on the screen after you tap the dog you should be able to call it. I can call mine by normally feeding it or using a toy and then tapping on the screen and calling a dogs name...
If you have more than one dog after that you may need to pet the one you want.
