This Error will come with two condition:1) your ip is conifg and 2) your DHCP server is off.


Check this both and let me know if u get same error again

To Perform a Master Reset or Master Clear:

1. Press Start
2. Scroll to and Select System Tools
3. Scroll to and Select either Master Reset or Master Clear
4. Press Yes (Left Soft Key) when Alert appears
5. Enter Master Code (normally 000000)

There is a way to do a Master Reset on MOTO Q phones that cannot access the standard Master Reset method:

1. Power off the Q
2. Press and Hold the Center Select Key, while powering up the phone
   or
   Press and Hold the Z & E keys, while powering up the phone
3. The MASTER RESET screen will appear
4. Press Yes
5. This will restore the phone to factory settings

The HP IPAQ 6515 will support WLAN access via a SDIO WIFI card (which looks like a 'long' standard SD card): it is just a bit tricky to get this add-onl SDIO WIFI card to work properly!

Of course there will be a shipment fee according to your home country. If you are not in US, it is pretty hard to find a dealership of such WLAN Cards since every model of PDA or Smartphone or Cell Phone has a built-in WiFi these days. Hope this helps.

First of all, you should install the driver for your wlan-11b card to your PDA. (There should be a CD given with the wifi card, or you can download in online through the card's brand's website, ex. .cab file for a Spectec SDW821 Wi-Fi Card) At this step, you should be carefull with the version of windows mobile on your device and the driver's version for windows mobile. After that, you should plug your wifi card to your PDA's SD slot, and your PDA will recognize it. So you can go to your settings, and there you can search for a wireless network.

If your router has wireless broadcasting. Check all the settings in your router. Did you install some third party connection software, like Juniper /Funk Odyssey? I found that software would get rid of that tab. Uninstall it, and the tab will return.
