The sound on my phone doesnt work

First thing, you can check your sound settings, by tapping Star Menu, then Settings, then Sounds & Notifications, and through that page, you can check if your incoming call alert is on (just sound, or vibrate and sound), you can try to change the ringtone to see if your current ringtone is damaged or not. (Since other sounds are alright, there shouldn't be any problem in your hardware or in the sound volume levels) Hope this helps.

try going to the settings of your BT headset... hope that works

Always start with taking the battery out. If it continues then you probably have a bad mic & need to have it replaced.

please check the internel setting

have the phone check first to see if it is the speaker that may need to be replaced

check and see if the speaker located to the bottom of the main-board is place back in the correct slot if not put it in or replaced it....replaced also the cable/ribbon that is located on the lcd.
