first remove agitator by taking top of agitator off and putting your hand down the centre of it and unscrewing the wingnut holding the agitator to the main drive shaft. once the nut is loose pull the agitator out and bail the water out by hand using a pot or jug. once the bowl is empty u can look underneath. to the right hand side front of machine u will see a red or black fan that is attached to the pump. turn the fan clockwise and then anti clockwise and hopefully that will unjam the pump. the fan should turn freely. then put machine back on its feet.refit agitator. turn on unit select spin and it should start draining.if it doesnt reply back and i will help u more. please turn off power to unit b4 u work on it. good luck
If I understand correctly ... If fills with water and drains fine but it will not agitate or spin? This sounds like a broken belt or a bad motor. I would recommend that you call a service tech. Let me know if I can help in any other way.
H i there.....sounds like you've got either a failed water inlet valve....or a disconnected /ruptured capillary hose from the pressure switch to the tub....or a failed pressure switch........turn water to appliance off.....turn program selector to drain or drain /spin..is drain pump running...if not it may be blocked or burned out....or with machine empty of water.....turn program to spin....if no spin...check motor....
I assume by empties you mean it pumps the water out. That being the case you will need a way to make sure the timer is sending power to the motor. If it is emptying by itself then you have a siphon problem and need to raise the drain hose exit above the top of the washer or install a siphon break. Eric
Check your pump and drain for a blockage. You also could have a timer connection issue. Remove the timer wire connectors and reattach them. The timer simply has a quick connection block, sometimes they get a little loose and all you gotta do is push it all the way back in. Check for a loose lid hinge and safety switch also.
