Canon Powershot A95 pictures in a single brown color, very unclear, and with horizondal lines in it full. But the video is just very fine. Help me.

Hello I have a powershot A95, when trying to take a picture all i get is a blank screen, or out of focus screen with lines on the camera is about 2 years old and has been working just fine, any help...

Its problem of defective CCD Imager Sensor in your Canon A95 camera and ccd imager will be replaced.
Canon has announced free of cost repair scheme for A95 model for same problem. You can check details on Canon CCD Imager Advisory.

CANON POWERSHOT A95

Obviously it's a mass Canon A95 issue, it's the same as "pink blur LCD" question which has around 10 people with the same problem, and there's also "purple LCD line" question which refers to the same. Just this website has around 20 of us who posted in August. Unfortunately not a single reply.

Photos are monochromatic with a puple color and horizondal lines in it.
