Hold down the REC and the Channel Up buttons together.
The vidoe ahould then ask you to enter your pin.

A number of networks still use a default pin on their SIM cards at the point of dispatch as a security precaution. If you lose or forget the PIN code it can be irritating.
Please note these PIN's will only work if you have NOT changed the default PIN. If you enter the PIN code incorrectly three times, a lock will be put onto the SIM card, and you need a PUK code to unlock it.
You can obtain your PUK by contacting your network service provider.
PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it.Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account.It is important to differentiate between unblocking phones (using a PUK) and unlocking mobile phones (using another type of code). To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, You need to go to your Service providers, web site & navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator. Usually you have to Register your phone to get a PUK code.
Dial...450 keep clicking the numbers directed to lead you to "unblocking phone" type in mobile number then when it asks for your 4 digit code.. type the 4 digit code rong 2/3 times it automaticly goes to customer services they ask for name to confirm its you and then they send you a text or they tell u then an there) make sure you have a pen with you as you dont want to forget it again :)
as a 14 year old i had to find this out for myself as the box my phone came in (sony erricson k880i) had no information about how to actualy call up customer services to talk to them, it only told u aload of 3 digit numbers to dial for pacific reasons and then eventualy i stumbled accross this method. it take sum time for a little code but it does get the job done.
