My double oven will not work. It will be working one day or hour and then it stops working. The light will come on but the oven and clock will not come on. It will come back on and then beep a few times and then go off. When the oven comes back on, E6 and F2 shows up on the display. I can not find in the manuel what these codes mean. Help!
I have went through my guide and cannot not find a solution. It acts likes some sort of timer problem, but I can't identify it. Thanks, P Mobley
Our Whirlpool Gold Double Oven will also not work. It goes out for weeks, then comes back on and will work for 7 days or so. We've flipped the breaker several times, but there is no rhyme or reason to why it comes on. The repair man came out...said he'd never heard of a code we gave him (can't remember)--he said the code meant some kind of power failure (maybe from the breaker). But, the buttons will beep, the oven light will turn on, but nothing else. No display, no oven. They say some board needs replaced maybe to the tune of $750. But he did no diagnostic, only what we told him...anything to advise??? Does that sound right? Our Whirlpool Gold Double Oven will also not work. Mine does the same thing. Only been used for less than 2 years in a brand new home. I have a home warranty company and they can';t fix it. They are offering me aWHOLE $400 to go out and replace this since they can't fix it. WHIRLPOOL should step up since this obviously is a product defect!Mine does the same thing. Re:
Mobley, F2-E6 code is cancel key drive line open. The tech sheet I have on this recommends reseating the keypad connector. It then states to press cancel. If the error comes back within 60 seconds replace the keypad....Catriver..post back.

could be a clock fault - try bypassing the auto function on clock. otherwise, check the terminal block where mains is connected. these quite commonly burn out
This may be related to a problem I have helped others solve. The solution is available free at my website. I have at last count helped over 1000 oven owners with a similar problem.
