My keyboard neither mouse are not connecting my computer it just doesnt show up i have a remote that connects to the same usb sender perfectly fine but the mouse and keyboard wont. Thank you,

its hardware problem, may be water or any liquid get inside and make the keyboard not work state, do you have any function key to disable keyboard or mouse mean go to control panel -> hardware setting check whether mouse was disable or not, if it disable mean make it enable so that your mouse works good same for keyboard.

Good luck

My Logitech keyboard worked perfectly last week, but when I came back from my friend (I had my keyboard there, for the third time) it didn't work perfectly after 1 day, it started typing randomly but when...

When my logtch does that is usally is a stuck key. It can also be a low battery or the antenna is too close or too far away.

Most of the time its a stuck key. turn it upside down and knock on it like you are knocking on a door. that usually will jar the keey loose. you may be able to find the stuck key by pushing on them and see which one doesn;t pop back or feel right. Don;t try to pry it loose do the knock.

If the battery has just enough power left you can get some wired things happening but usually it just stops working.

Move the antenna so that it is about a foot away and is clear line of sigt from the keyboard to the antenna. You may want to reset or reconnect using the button on the antenna and the bottom of the keyboard.

9 out of 10 times its a stuck key.

My mouse stopped working

Check the connection to the motherboard, it's under the keyboard. Occasionally these will work loose or need cleaned. Still no mouse, then try a system restore. If the doesn't do it, then it's a faulty touch pad and will need to be replaced.

Re: wireless mouse and keyboard; mouse not detected

I bought the same combo from a parts house. The guy told me the mouse didn't work but didn't know why. I had the same problem. When I inspected the mouse closely, I found that the connect button on the bottom of the mouse had stuck underneath the housing...basically in the "connect position". When I freed it, the mouse worked and still works just fine. Hope this helps
