iam using W700i model of sony , it has fallen from 3rd floor. i got repaired every thing . but unable to repair mic. When i am answering call, my voice will not be heared by other party.
But, when i connect the ear phones , i am able talk with other party.
i have shown to many mechanics. but no use.
can u help me???

I want you to know that when a cellphone got fell badly, the hardware inside your phone got misaligned,like the LCD,microphone or the speakers inside of it or some parts of it maybe got broken. There is no serviceable parts inside that you can handle by your own. My suggestion for you is that bring the cellphone to the nearest cellphone repair center in your place. The technician will have to do dismantling your phone and fix the problem.

1. Sorry due to the shock, your mobile hardware has damaged!
2. Contact the authorised Sony Ericsson service center for repair / replacement!
3. If your mobile is still under warranty, you can negotiate with the dealer for replacement!
