That's cause your phone , you buy bundle with sim card, so provider protect phone to use sim by other provider, or you ever set phones password to use sim, if nothing like that go to service center to solved your problem.

I have dual sim moto g with airtel and aircel sims. no problem with aircel sim but every evening around 5 the airtel sim gets off as "invalid card no service" on restart or reinsertion it comes on to disappear again n it happens till 10 in the night any solutions
