You did not say if you have a shuffle,nano,mini,etc.
The only thing I can do is send you to the page that has them all and you will have to pick the right on.

Don't throw it out - yet! If your iPod nano is not responding, you need to manually reset it. The instructions are in the manual; but I have typed them below for your reference: Slide the Hold switch to HOLD and back again. Then press the Menu and Center buttons at the same time for about 6 Seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
