Hi Rosanna, If you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your phone again some time in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

Step 1:
Press and hold the TV button until all mode button back lights come on, then release.

Step 2:
Use the number buttons to enter the device code corresponding to your Westinghouse TV. Potential codes for White Westinghouse are: 500, 719, 664, 555, 674, 659, 670, 672, 641 and 573. Then press the pound (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times. Your DISH Network remote should be able to control your TV. Try the following reset:

Hold the OK and the Help button at the same time. While holding them down, plug the power in. Continue to hold both buttons until the unit shut off.
After shutting down, release both buttons and power on the printer.

Alternatively follow instructions on this document from HP.

Finding the user name

You must use the RS-232 serial cable using terminal emulation software such as Microsoft HyperTerminal. Connect the cable from your computer to the console port on the DSL-500 or DSL-504. Step 1: Go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Communications>Hyperterminal. Step 2: Enter a name for your connection and choose the default icon selected. Step 1 Go into the web-based configuration on the router (enter 192.168.0.1 in your web brower). Enter username (admin) and password (blank).
